Jeffrey D. Peters, President and CEO
Mr. Peters is President and Chief Executive Officer for The White Stone Group. Prior to joining the Company, he served from August 1998 to November 2000 as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Internet Pictures Corp. (iPIX), a leading provider of immersive imaging. Prior to serving at iPIX, he was Vice President/General Manager of Kodak's Digital Imaging Group. Mr. Peters holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Florida Institute of Technology.

Robert A. Smith, CFO
Mr. Smith has been the Chief Financial Officer for The White Stone Group since 1998. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Tennessee where he majored in Accounting. Mr. Smith has over 15 years of experience in the field of public accounting. From 1996 to 1997 he acted as Chief Financial Executive for the Lupton Company, LLC in Chattanooga, TN. Prior to that time he held positions in the field of public accounting with Burkhart & Company, P.C. and Coopers and Lybrand, both located in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Dave Stridde, Executive VP, Operations
As Executive Vice President of Operations, Mr. Stridde's
responsibilities include the strategic development and oversight of the
company's support functions including customer support, technical
support, and installation and implementation for both healthcare
providers and payers. Mr. Stridde joined the company in 1999 and has
over 20 years of customer support and operations experience. He
received his B.A. in Communications from Purdue University.
